    Meaningful work you'll be a part of

    As a Senior Project Control Officer you'll be part of a team that helps deliver high quality, client service excellence and operational efficiency.

    • Supporting the timely completion of necessary project/program administrative duties including:
      • Budget management (including time reporting, expense submission,invoicing and billing tracking)
      • Resource onboarding and offboarding (ex. NDA collection, client departure forms, status tracking)
      • Engagement trackers (including resource burn rate and forecasting)
      • Contract reporting requirements (ex. Engagement status, budget, progress, scope/schedule, risks/issues)
    • Preparation and facilitation of regular account team meetings
    • Facilitation of procurement updates, requests, regular meetings, and reporting requirements
    • Quality Assurance of all new engagement contracts and amendments prior to submission
    • Process and tool improvement and integration with internal tracking tools (ex. iPower, Salesforce, Engagement Optimizer etc.), including development of automation and/or improved integration across reports/trackers
    • Engagement documentation management requirements (ex. SaveIT file updates)

    Experience and skills you'll use to solve

    • Reliability Status Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who will be engaged on these assignments. Prior to applying, please review the Government of Canada website to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements to obtain this clearance. This will become a condition of your employment with PwC should you receive an offer from us
    • Minimum two years of previous experience in project/ program management delivering large scale projects preferably in IT/digital operations
    • A Degree or college diploma is required
    • Completed or working towards certification such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or any relevant project management certification would be an added advantage
    • In-depth knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite is required (ex. PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite (ex. Docs, Sheets, Slides)
    • Experience with various automation tools or coding languages (ex. UiPath, Python etc.)
    • In depth knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc
    • Experience supporting Project Management efforts from an organizational standpoint as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator or Project Administrator
    • Demonstrated self-motivation and attention to detail, with a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development
    • Strong planning, organization, and tracking/monitoring skills
    • Strong relationship-building skills that illustrate your open-mindedness and passion for client service excellence
    • Good communication skills (both written and oral)
    • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
