    Job Description

    Our client is a National Business Services organisation, based in London, is looking for an Interim Head of Reward to join them to revamp their Reward structure. This is a UK wide role and will involve national travel.

    Reporting into the Department Head, you will be working as part of a small team and act as their expert in the reward, compensations and benefits. We are looking for a forward-thinking, innovative, and ambitious Reward and Recognition specialist, this is an opportunity to put your stamp on the business and elevate the reward experience for employees and colleagues alike.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Designing and implementing the reward agenda
    • Job Evaluations
    • Manage and analyse the reward data and provide recommendations and updates
    • Give support and guidance on total reward to the SMT
    • Keeping up to-date with the market place to maintain the competitive edge
    • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders internally and externally at all levels
    • Lead on annual pay reviews
    • Utilise MIS/HRIS systems to elevate the reward structure

    As the Head of Reward, you will serve as the organization's leading authority on all elements of rewards, encompassing, pay, benefits, salary comparisons, pension schemes, and facilitating annual pay discussions. Your role extends to collaborating closely with colleagues within the People and Culture team and other departments to spearhead internal stakeholder engagement regarding the Reward and Recognition strategy, ensuring the delivery of a coherent and persuasive narrative.

    The ideal candidate will be of degree calibre and CIPD Qualified or equivalent. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a track record in your field and can currently be working in any sector.
