As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's presence in the Italian market and driving sales growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, forging partnerships with key institutions, and cultivating relationships with financial decision-makers.
Your expertise will be instrumental in negotiating and closing significant contracts, contributing to our continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSpearhead strategic sales initiatives to penetrate the Italian marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with influential institutions, including banks, credit unions, fintech giants, and payment processorsCultivate and nurture relationships with key financial decision-makersNavigate and overcome challenges in the sales process for our sophisticated financial platformSuccessfully negotiate and close significant contracts, fueling our continued growthCollaborate seamlessly with our EU-based sales team to achieve collective sales goals QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the fintech industryA proven track record of securing large contracts, ideally in the seven-figure rangePrior experience in selling to banks, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 institutionsDemonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes and overcome challengesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsFluency in Italian and English
