    Our client is an international law firm who are looking for a Benefits & Reward Manager to join their HR team, on a permanent basis.

    salary benchmarking analysis using and making recommendations based on that analysis.
    with the HR Director on the Annual Partner bonus review process from analysis.
    for firm's Wellbeing initiatives – including design and implementation.
    The Benefits & Reward Manager will ideally have five years' experience within compensation review and salary benchmarking experience.

    It is essential to possess high level numerical & analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data in excel and other software tools while making data driven decisions.
