    So, what does the role of an Account Executive here involve?

    This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs. Our Account Executives are excellent at tailoring their approach predominantly over the phone but on occasion face to face meetings will be expected. Our clients will need your support all year round not just come renewal time and then there are those all-important networking and prospecting activities that will help you to build and develop your portfolio as you go.

    As an Account Executive, we are looking for people to be able to handle and grow a smaller account along with developing new opportunities that will come from our prospecting team and from your own development. We are open to hearing from people from all backgrounds to join us,

    What experience do our Account Executives need?

    • It's essential that you have at least 3+ years experience gained from within the Commercial Insurance Industry from a similar role.
    • Next, we need you to be proactive, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities to grow our business
    • Work well with your team, support others and have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way. There is never a dull moment with us.
    • Always demonstrate integrity, not only is this essential within a financially regulated organisation, it's also the right way to be
    • It would be ideal if you also had previous sales experience
