Business Development Manager at Events and Communications Agency

Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (£36,000 - £50,000)

Location: Leeds

Are you seeking a Business Development Manager role in a very successful and expanding company? Do you hold previous experience in B2B or Media sales and excel in building strong client relationships?

We are collaborating with a rapidly growing events and communications agency in Leeds, actively hiring for their Business Development team. As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate within a team, focusing on selling sponsorships and advertising opportunities across their leading online platform and events.

Main responsibilities:

Manage existing clients and spot new business opportunities
Research potential clients and establish lasting relationships
Create and execute a business development plan
Drive sales growth around events and advertising services
Cultivate successful customer relationships
Develop sector expertise and stay informed about market trends
Participate in industry events as needed

The ideal Business Development Manager will have:

Experience in consultative sales, handling the entire sales process
Professional work ethic with high integrity
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Prior experience in business development activities
Proven track record in lead generation and securing new business
