    Join our dynamic team at Tradewind Recruitment and be a part of a remarkable journey at an outstanding secondary school and sixth form with academy status, situated in the heart of Hammersmith and Fulham.

    We are in search of enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to bolster our already exceptional team. The school is now preparing for September start, conducting interviews and trials.


    About the School:

    This esteemed institution is an Ofsted-rated 'Good' secondary academy and sixth form school nestled in the vibrant community of Hammersmith and Fulham.

    In this role, you will collaborate with the Inclusion team, as well as the broader school community, by taking charge of the engagement and education of students identified with social, emotional, mental health, and behavioural needs.

    Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, both inside and outside of regular classes.

    Assisting staff members in cultivating an effective and secure learning environment, managing disruptive behaviour, and offering coaching and peer support for the development of behaviour management strategies.

    Collaborating with teachers to assess individual children's needs, implement Individual Behaviour Plans, and monitor their usage and effectiveness.
    Actively promoting the safety and well-being of our children and young people.

    An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks (which can be initiated through Tradewind, with DBS cost refundable after 20 days of work with us).

    The legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
