- Collaborating with the marketing team to efficiently manage personal outreach and engagement efforts, implementing a comprehensive coverage plan.
- Juggling a hectic schedule filled with events, meetings, conversations, and introductions with in-house marketing leaders.
- Working closely with the central agency team to supervise the entire service introduction cycle, from initial requirements to the completion of briefs.
- A track record of success in a sales or BD capacity, with an ideal background in Partnership Management, Account Management, Growth, Client Services, Business Development, or Recruitment.
- Experience in engaging with senior marketing leaders within relevant sectors, addressing a variety of potential requirements.
- Proven history of adopting an organized and strategic approach to networking, relationship-building, and new client engagement, particularly in client-facing, advisory, or business development roles.
- Substantial account management experience, successfully balancing client service and relationship management with meeting cross-sell and commercial performance targets.
- Proficient in working with CRM systems, data management, and utilizing these tools for daily client targeting.
