    We're looking for a Communications Executive to join our thriving team in the centre of Brighton.

    As a Communications Executive in our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing and business development efforts.

    This is a hybrid role (Tuesdays & Fridays in the Brighton office).
    We can't currently support or sponsor visa applications.
    You're passionate about translating intricate business requirements into creative and engaging communication strategies, which distil our messaging and captivate our audience
    You take a client-centric approach to communication, empathising and tailoring messages that resonate and you understand the importance of an integrated marketing approach
    Your experience in CRM and data management, administration and tracking contributes to a streamlined process that facilitates efficiency at every stage of the pipeline
    You're proactive, nurturing and adept at building meaningful relationships, understanding the dynamics of audience interaction and effective communication

    Content creation:
    Writing engaging blog posts, conducting Q&A sessions, and carrying out thorough research on relevant industry topics to enhance our content strategy
    Owning our prospect database's email communications, focusing on segmentation and targeting for lead generation
    PR, advertising, and marketing support: Assisting in PR activities, advertising campaigns, and other marketing initiatives as needed

    Website updates:
    Ensuring our online presence is up-to-date by making regular updates to our website and third party listings

    Events planning:
    Researching, attending, and actively participating in events to build networks and represent the company

    Client communications:
    Handling some initial outreach and lead management campaigns to foster new business relationships
    2+ years of marketing communications experience
    ~ Familiarity with the use of CRM tools like HubSpot (preferred)
    ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Digital agency experience
    Writing, social media and newsletter creation and database management
    An interest in tech for good and digital
