- Work pro-actively with key decision makers, to secure specifications, technical approvals and recommendations for Hilti products and Services.

- Proven business development experience ideally working with technical products.
- Experience in or knowledge of either construction or energy preferably with tools and services is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills across all levels and functions both internally and externally.
- Ability to understand current work methods or practices and successfully propose value based alternative solutions.
- Agility to learn new ideas/products and implement quickly.
- Presentation skills, ideally ability to read & interpret Technical Drawings.

The role of Technical Sales Manager is based across various large E&I energy generating waste projects in the South and North London area. As an E&I Projects Specialist, you will be based predominantly on these projects working closely with the Key Project Manager to uncover sales opportunities and be the dedicated point of contact for all things Hilti. Your role is to partner with key contacts at the site, to build relationships and deliver sales revenue for Hilti.
