    Description

    Tonic Health is on the hunt for an insightful, commercial and hard-working head of sales to join the UKs fastest growing vitamin brand and expand our retail distribution across the country.

    On the back of solid distribution in Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda, the role will be perfect for someone who is interested in growing those existing relationships and hunting for new opportunities in new retailers.

    You should be organised and able to analyse performance metrics and be strategic in prioritising your time and focus.

    Create retailer specific business growth plans and sales strategy including promotional plans.· Negotiate and manage trading terms with customers.· Monitor and review weekly sales performance.

    Minimum of 7+ years' experience in sales.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExperience at managing a business P&LIn-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and data analytics.
