    Description
    Digna is partnered with a leading company specialising in leisure and entertainment, who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Asset Manager to join their team

    In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver the company's asset and property management strategy across their portfolio of venues in the UK.

    Working closely with the Group Facilities Manager and local venue teams, you'll ensure that all buildings and facilities are in top shape.

    The role will be based from the London office, plus travel to regional venues.
    Lead on the Venue Asset Management Strategy

    Implement group wide venue Asset Management Plan framework to be delivered in partnership with the Facilities Managers and the local venue maintenance teams.

    Support the growth and professional development of the group Facilities
    Provide planning, procurement, and delivery of capital and minor works projects across the group of venues

    The ideal candidate will be at least AssocRics, with MRICS being preferred to provide the group with direct professional support and strategic guidance to lead the group asset management function.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, engaging, and dynamic leader with keen financial, written, and verbal communication skills pursuant to a senior multi-site post.

    Commercially savvy, enthusiastic, and capable of influencing others (including senior members of the client team and third-party producer clients), the successful candidate will be energetic, proactive, results-focussed and creative in their approach.
