    Description

    Hawkwood is delighted to be partnering with a Global Engineering Consultancy in their search for Junior People Business Partner to join their busy and high performing HR team in the UK.

    This role will initially begin as a 6 month FTC due to the demands on the team and.

    As a Junior People Business partner you will report directly into the UK People Manager and be able to use your experience to support the HR team with vital People Advisory, support on ER cases and contribute to key projects which will ultimately contribute to the overall success of the consultancy.

    This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a contract role, and enjoys working in a fast paced, global organisation with the opportunity to make immediate impact.

    This is a hybrid role where you will need to be office once a week so you will need to be commutable to their London, Manchest or Chester offices.

    support to the wider business to provide trusted advice to line managers, support with HR project delivery and act as a point of contact for HR queries.

    to Day management of all change plans aligning with business needs; drive employee engagement and create actions based on engagement data and tools.

    champion performance related issues conversations and support with continuous improvement of the processes.
    with design and implementation of People projects, working closely with HRBP's to align best practice.

    Prior experience in a People Advisor or Business Partner role.
    On a short notice period or immediately and can start ASAP
    Ability to work on multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities.
    Experience of working with senior stakeholders.
