    Reporting to the Group Talent Director, the Senior People Partner, will be the driving force behind our people strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and empowerment.

    To be a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and champion of our most valuable asset – our people.


    Talent Management:

    Lead talent management initiatives, performance management, career development, and succession planning, to ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent.

    Drive employee engagement and retention efforts, including culture-building initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms, to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor and advocate in resolving employee relations issues.

    Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends and opportunities, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business performance.

    A natural relationship builder with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders, managers, and employees at all levels.

    A change agent with the ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational transformation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    A problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes, develop creative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.


    HR Expertise:
    Deep expertise in HR functional areas, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR analytics.
