    At sunday we are creating the future of payments by offering a 360 checkout solution to thousands of restaurants and we are happy that you are considering applyingThe PositionAs an Operations Executive for sunday, your ultimate goal will be to help the team deliver the best experience to restaurateurs.

    Your scope of action will start when a restaurant decides to use our solution - you will handle the whole process of getting them set up on the platform, including, providing them with tailor-made QR codes, training the restaurant team and then helping them make the most of our solution.

    Compound that with thousands of restaurants and you have the makings of a beautiful and complex operational system.

    Come help us make it seem simple / You will then be responsible for keeping them happy and making sure they maximise use of sunday.

    You will report to the Head of Operations and will collaborate closely with the rest of the UK team to ensure that we are delivering on all our targets and providing the best possible customer service.


    Job tasks:
    Manage the end to end onboarding process & pipeline, ensuring thorough planning and preparation to ensure a successful onboarding.

    Make restaurant operations seamless though effective and efficient delivery of our productBuild menus for our Order & Pay and Hybrid Ordering solutions, based on requirements and organise photoshoots liaising with our clients.

    Build on & maintain a frictionless onboarding experience, reducing lead time from signed to active and maximising adoptionEngage in the continuous improvement of the processes you and your teams build togetherDrive sunday's penetration in active restaurants by ideating on creative ways to get restaurants and diners to use our productSolve issues through processes and have your ideas adopted and implemented globallyWho we look for:
    Project management skills i.e.

    you are structured, reliable, detail-oriented and communicate efficiently with all stakeholdersPassionate about the food and hospitality industry - background working in this sector would be idealStrong and persistent problem solving skills to identify and create solutions for restaurant partners despite immediate roadblocksOwner & growth mentality - you will need to tackle challenges proactively and be able to take ownership of new projectsPassion for food tech and an itch to roll-up-your-sleeves and build2-4 years experience in customer success, account management, or operational roles at startups, food industry, hospitality, or professional services companies.

    Strong and persistent problem solving skills to identify and create solutions for restaurant partners despite immediate roadblocks.
    Passion for food tech and an itch to roll-up-your-sleeves and build.
    Project management skills i.e. you are structured, reliable, detail-oriented and communicate efficiently with all stakeholders.
    Experience of using InDesign/Canva is a plus.
