- Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation.
- Organise promotional events
- Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels to promote the homestay program
- Ensures all enquiries from prospective hosts are promptly followed up and are enough leads to reach the targets
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding hosts requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the host family's targets
- Sends weekly recruitment statistics , ensuring targets are met
- Participate in EF events around Oxford and the surrounding area to recruit ho mestay providers , including leafleting and street promotions / actions
- Responsibilities not limited to those mentioned above, role will vary depending on targets leading up to summer peaks
- Shares emergency duty on a rota basis
- Occasional weekend work may be required during major fairs/events
- Sales orientated and target driven
- Ownership mindset and ability to take initiative and work independently
- Highly motivated, energetic, and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality
- A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
- Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
