    Again, I come to the market to assist a client with a refreshing outlook on Benefits and Wellbeing, which I have said in the past is ensuring in this war on talent they remain an employer of choice

    We are seeking an International Benefits Analyst to join our client, one of the world's leading Insurance Firms. Sitting within the Global HR team in their amazing offices in London you will be integral in owning the management of the International Benefits Programme and subsequent projects.

    The company in question have employee wellbeing and engagement at the forefront of everything they do and there is a genuine appetite for increasing the employees' experience and wellbeing in this role too.

    The global firm require an individual who really wants to add value to the brands' offering on Benefits and Wellbeing. This will include building a comprehensive benefit offering with top class communications.

    This role has a real healthy mix of business-as-usual duties as well as working on some really exciting, approved projects to ensure they are remaining an employer of choice

    You as the successful job holder will have strong relationship building skills as you will be tasked with developing a robust and beneficial rapport with the Senior Leadership team, Employees and Vendors/Consultants.
