    Customer Success & Operations Executive at CFO

    CFO Insights is Northern Europe's largest CFO forum and aims to connect and develop CFOs, finance leaders, and tomorrow's innovators by addressing the issues of the future CFO. We are connecting more than 11,000 professionals from more than 15 countries. CFO Insights is part of United Media ( which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.
    What we offer you As our Operations Executive, you get the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the greatest conferences across our portfolio companies. You'll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never ending growth curve, we provide you with:

    Your Responsibilities Your responsibility will be to help our portfolio companies create the greatest conference experiences, which entails that you: Supplier Research and Management:
    • Source, compare, and find the best suppliers for various event needs.
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers for add-ons, branding materials, and other event requirements.
    Event Planning:
    • Assist in coordinating with venue staff to ensure all logistical details are in place.
    • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    Internal Team Support:
    • Keep track and condense internal team queries.
    • Maintain inventory tracking and regularly update event inventory sheets.
    • Monitor our CRM system
    What we expect from you You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments. Furthermore, we expect that you:
    • Experience/knowledge in event planning, client management, and supplier research.
    • Strong organisational, multitasking abilities and detail-focused.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Experience with graphic design software such as photoshop, indesign, illustrator is a plus.
    • Have a UK work permit
