    Description

    As a Service Desk Analyst for ERP/SaaS Customer Support, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer support to maintain superior levels of service excellence and availability. Serving as the primary point of contact between our services and our valued customers, you will manage cases efficiently and find effective resolutions to meet their needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer support to ensure the highest levels of service excellence and availability.
    • Act as a single point of contact between our services and customers, managing cases and delivering timely resolutions.
    • Collaborate closely with the Service Desk team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless support delivery.
    • Utilize provided tools and possess an analytical mindset to translate customer cases into viable solutions.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes and procedures.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of support activities, solutions, and customer interactions.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box to find effective solutions.
    • Analytical mindset with the capability to translate customer cases into actionable solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Previous experience in a technical support role, particularly with ERP or SaaS applications, is preferred but not required.
    • Familiarity with ITIL principles and service desk best practices is a plus.
