    Service Desk Analyst

    What you'll be doing?

    You will join our Service Desk team, as a first line support professional, working with technologies like Windows Server, Active Directory and Office365. You'll support our user base with tickets from a password reset, through to implementing new technology role outs alongside the wider team.

    Key skills:

    • Windows Server
    • Office 365
    • Active Directory
    • Technical Support experience, in a similar environment
