    Job Introduction

    The CRM Campaign Executive will be responsible for delivering agreed activities within the Content marketing strategy.

    He/she will support content delivery via designated channels using digital tools and Content Management and editing systems as appropriate.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. To ensure the smooth deployment of the email marketing calendar and that all campaigns are briefed correctly
    2. To work with the wider CRM team to deliver elements of Content marketing via core channels e.g. e-mail; social.
    3. Assist with the implementation and execution of email marketing campaigns
    4. Collate and report back weekly and monthly performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels.
    5. Analyse and report on the success of direct/email marketing campaigns
    6. Create quality content and proofread any copy that needs reviewing
    7. Assist with the day to day administration tasks
    8. Assist with the management of the email database, checking the quality of the email addresses
    9. With the rest of the Marketing Communications team; act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.

    Person Specification

    • Graduate calibre
    • Good understanding of email marketing
    • Hands on experience with HTML and ESP systems
    • Professional Marketing qualification an advantage
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Proven ability to manage work process accurately and effectively with knowledge and experience
    • Good working knowledge of day to day IT, particularly office software packages and database systems
    • Good numeracy skills and high attention to detail
    • Team player
    • A positive, enthusiastic, committed and 'can do' approach.

    You will need to

    • Be comfortable working with figures.
    • Naturally enjoy problem solving.
    • Be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail at all times.
    • Have a methodical approach (essential for this process driven role).
    • Be enthusiastic and hardworking, equally able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a young, European and dynamic team.
    • Be used to working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
    • Have a good working knowledge of HTML and DreamWeaver, with SQL and PhotoShop being a definitive plus
