- Organise the current lead pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads and opportunities.
- Find and connect with key contacts within target accounts to establish relationships and assess potential opportunities. Reach out to relevant personas within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Develop the sales pipeline by leveraging lead generation tools, affiliates, and research techniques to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and tag them accordingly in the CRM system
- Utilise outbound prospecting activities to book meetings with qualified leads, providing detailed notes to ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
- Confirm scheduled meetings with potential customers and ensure all necessary information is communicated prior to the meeting.
- Attend sales meetings with potential customers, if requested by the sales team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to organise and execute curated campaigns aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
- Gain a deep understanding of our business, competitors, market dynamics, target personas, their pain points, and how our product offerings address them, becoming a trusted and knowledgeable sales representative of the company.
- Utilise the acquired knowledge to consultatively sell our solutions to potential customers, providing expert advice and tailored recommendations.
- Proven experience in a sales development or related role, preferably in the point of sale and payments space or a similar sector.
- Proficiency using CRM software (preferably HubSpot) to manage and organise lead pipelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key contacts and build strong relationships.
- Ability to conduct targeted outreach and connect with relevant personas within our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Strong lead generation skills and familiarity with lead generation tools and research techniques
- Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, apply tags, and follow the sales strategy accordingly.
- Experience booking meetings through outbound prospecting activities, with attention to detail in providing comprehensive notes to the sales team.
- Proactive approach to confirming meetings and ensuring all necessary information is shared prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Ability to participate in sales meetings as needed, supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall sales process.
- Collaboration skills to work closely with the marketing team in organising and executing effective campaigns.
- Dedication to gaining comprehensive knowledge of our business, competitors, market dynamics, target personas, pain points, and our product offerings.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to provide personalised recommendations based on customer needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
NOQ is seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Development Representative to join the team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for organising our lead pipeline, connecting with key contacts, and reaching out to relevant personas within our target verticals. You will qualify leads, tag them and follow the strategy, book meetings through outbound activities, and hand them over with detailed notes to the sales team.
