    BUSINESS MANAGER

    WDF, MANCHESTER AIRPORT (ACROSS THE 3 TERMINALS)

    FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK

    BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY – FRIDAY WITH FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OVER WEEKENDS IF NECESSARY

    Responsibilities

    The Business Manager will be responsible for leading their team. delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence and build retailer support.

    Your focus:

  • Meet and exceed Monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Lead and develop the team
  • Execute the perfect instore experience, managing maintenance, merchandising, VM, testers and stock
  • Manager agency staff and ensure they are achieving their sales target
  • Train and develop the wider team
  • Lead by example by demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely "consult."
  • Have strong ownership and accountability.
  • Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards.

    The team consists of 3-10 BA's store dependent, and you will work closely together with several departments such as VM, PMP and Sales. All your colleague's strong passionate people from a diverse background that each have something unique to bring to the business. Working in the team, you are not only surrounded by exceptional knowledge but also an unprecedented amount of passion for customer service.
