    Events Operations Manager
    Actaris is looking for a Events Manager in HA8 area of London.


    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Actaris is in search of a highly structured and organised candidate capable of upholding elevated standards in customer care, communication, and housekeeping.

    Overseeing and being present during event days to ensure that customers and their suppliers adhere to venue policies, assisting as needed.

    # Working with a team of porters, security personnel, cleaning staff, and event supervisors to ensure the safe, secure delivery of each event.
    # Planning and coordinating logistical aspects of the event day with the on-site team, covering car parking, setup, pack down, security, etc.
    # The salary for this position is £40,000 per year, with bonuses available if agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

    Due to the emphasis on communication in this role, candidates are required to have a GCSE or equivalent qualification in English.

    Proven experience in banqueting management, preferably in a similar venue or hospitality setting.
    Budgeting and financial management experience.
    Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
