    Summary:


    With the Beazley Security brand officially launching in July, Marketingplays an essential role for Beazley Security – establishing our brand,driving awareness, and increasing our engagement with clients, prospects,partners, and others across the cyber ecosystem.

    The Digital Marketing andOperations manager fills an important role – providing oversight as webuild out our marketing tech stack, ensuring they are optimized to ensurevisitor and lead engagement, while being the go-to person as the companylaunches its first digital marketing programs for attracting, engaging andconverting leads.

    Key to this role will be an understanding of marketingautomation systems (Hubspot preferred) including analyzing performancemetrics and providing insights on improving sales and marketing programeffectiveness.

    Also key to the role will be an interest in digitalmarketing principles and tactics, and willingness to learn and grow withthe role.


    Responsibilities:


    Manage digital marketing activities for Beazley Security, includingSEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and marketing technologiesWork with Revenue Operations and others to develop scalable marketingtechnology and marketing automation solutions to support lead andcustomer-focus digital marketing tacticsOwn the measurement strategy / execution for all marketing activities,both online (inbound marketing sites, demand generation landing pages,webinars, etc.) and offline (conferences, etc.)Work closely with other members of the organization to develop andscale email marketing and automated communication strategies to engage andnurture leads and contacts.

    Optimize the systematic handoff of leads, marketing engagement andother key data points between our Marketing and salesCollaborate with stakeholders to manage an editorial calendar whichwill deliver targeted content to targeted audiences throughout theyearCollaborate with agency contacts to coordinate changes and updates tothe company websiteQualifications:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience with HubSpot required.

    (Certificationsare a plus)3 years of experience in a digital marketing role in a corporate oragency settingDemonstrated experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keywordresearchStrong interpersonal, organizational, project management and timemanagement skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyUnderstanding of website analytics tools, such as Google AnalyticsAnalytical mind, with a passion for measuring dataSome knowledge of cybersecurity industry a plusBachelor's degree marketing or communications preferred, butexperience compensates for a degree.
