Role Overview:Our SaaS client is looking to source an ambitiousBusiness Development Executive to drive the sales and businessdevelopment of Forseti a brand new platform for managing regulatedcomplaints.

JobResponsibilities:

Researchingbusinesses individuals and industry trends to identify potentialnew clients and markets and ways to serve existing clientsbetter
Contacting potential new clients usingphone and email to gauge interest and planmeetings
Preparing client presentations andmaterials including PowerPoint and salesdisplays
Meeting new and existing clients inperson
Negotiating business terms with new andexisting clients using phone email and inpersonmeetings
Setting sales goals and ensuring salesteam meets them
Working with senior teammembers to manage risks
Training and mentoringsales team members
Preparing and deliveringpitches
Attending networking opportunitiesincluding conferences and industryevents

KeySkills:

Previousexperience working in a B2B sales or customer serviceposition
Previous experience of ComplaintManagement within the regulated sector is highlydesirable
Self motivated while also enjoyingworking within a team
Target driven andmotivated by achieving targets
Greatcommunication skills
Confident in making a highvolume of outbound writing emails and connecting with prospectiveclient
