    Description


    Client Solutions Manager - MSP Utilising exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy and a continuous solutions focus you will identify opportunities, win, implement, and deliver new Recruitment MSP programs across both the Private Healthcare and Public Healthcare sectors.

    Reporting to our Head of Workforce Solutions, an experienced leader in big ticket client solutions, this is a unique opportunity to be part of an outstanding team who have developed an exciting and innovative Workforce Solution, with proven case studies that is successfully challenging traditional models within the space.

    You will excel in collaboration, relationship management and engage existing and new customers and take them through supply value chain transformation from transactional recruitment to MSP – Managed Service Provider or project-based solutions.

    What you will be doing In collaboration with the existing team, manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients within the healthcare sectorIdentify new clients, stakeholders, and project opportunitiesIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of services to existing clients across our contingent and insourcing disciplinesRecord and track project and tender opportunities through the appropriate CRM systemFor successful Project and MSP wins, work with the sales team, through implementation until BAUWork closely with the recruitment and implementation teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to clientsIn connection with our Client Relationship Manager monitor client feedback and take appropriate action to address any concerns or issuesWork in collaboration with our Client Relationship/Account Managers to create, develop, and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention including continuous improvementsAttend industry events to promote the Globe Locums Workforce Solutions brand whilst offering thought leadership within this spaceAdditional duties and responsibilities as assignedYou will bringPrior experience working within the healthcare recruitment sectorInsight and understanding of locum healthcare recruitmentExperience in solution selling across project-based, MSP, RPO or InsourcingUnderstanding of the VMS/ATS tech recruitment solutions available on the marketAbility to be to execute effective client meetingsExcellent active listening skills and confident oral skillsAbility to empathise with customers and colleaguesSolutions focus, with the ability to problem-solve, resolve issues, and identify continuous creative innovationsExcellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and sales skillsPositivity, enthusiasm and calmness when under pressure/faced with challengesExcellent presentation skills and confident oral skillsExperience in collaborating both internally and externallyProficient written communication skills and ability to compile and present accurate reportsExcellent stakeholder management skills
