    Job Description

    Partick Thistle are currently searching for a new CEO to join the club, with the ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and possessing an understanding of commercial sponsorships agreements.

    Reporting directly to the club's Board of Directors, the CEO will be expected to provide leadership for all off-field staff, work with the football management department, as well act as the point of contact between the club and the relevant football governing bodies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of the club's strategic plan.
    • Identify areas of opportunity for commercial growth.
    • Maximise key revenue streams such as ticket sales, sponsorships, hospitality and merchandising.
    • Work closely with the football department to aid player recruitment, retention and development strategies.
    • Ensure compliance across the club with the relevant rules and regulations.
    • Represent the club in public appearances and foster strong ties with the local community.
    • Recruit, develop and retain top talent across various departments.
    • Undertake other administrative duties

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in an executive leadership role, preferably in the sports industry.
    • Strong understanding of the football business, including club operations and revenue streams.
    • Experience in budgeting, financial management and revenue generation.
    • Excellent relationship building skills.
    • Passion for football and commitment to the success of the club.
    • Ability to deal with conflicting demands in an administrative capacity.
    • Good understanding and working knowledge of social media.
