    Surveyor/Estate Manager Property Asset Management (Full L&T)
    TML Recruitment are partnered with a globally known property consultancy and specifically their client's estates/property asset management team.

    Our client is looking for a commercial ' Estate Manager' or a 'Property Manager' that wants to be involved full client service activities including landlord and tenant work.

    You will be working on a major central London authority contract and they they are looking to consider Surveyor level upward to be based out of their London City offices with some time spent at the clients office .

    For this role they ideally require someone with specific L&T experience as well as standard service charge management experience but if you do not have it they will still consider your application.

    You will report into the overall head of commercial property management on this contract.

    Tenant liaison and dealing with formal Landlord and Tenant matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, tenant applications and provide details on energy usage.· Working with the in-house Data teams to ensure lease data is up to date.

    Rent Reviews and Lease renewals
    Deal with occupier queries on rent, service charges and other management matters.
    Liaising with the FM team on day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational issues on each of the properties
    Carry out regular property inspections
    Setting up new properties/instructions
    Proven track record in property management
    Experienced in using Excel and other IT platforms such as power point, PDF editor
    Highly reputable firm with chance to work on major contract
    Clear progression and pathway to promotion based on performance.
