    Description

    In this senior leadership position, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, teams, and global leadership to ensure exceptional value delivery and foster long-term client partnerships as as well growth of Gain Theory's services to those clients.


    Performance Analysis :
    Conduct regular performance analyses and provide data-driven insights to enhance client outcomes.
    Deliver captivating and influential presentations to clients, showcasing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

    Gain Theory Delivery Tracking : Work with Client Delivery Leads to implement effective systems to track and measure the profitability, net sales growth, utilisation of staff, client satisfaction and staff satisfaction, highlighting success areas and areas for improvement.


    Relationship Management :
    Mentorship : Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and nurturing a high-performing team culture.

    Competitive Analysis :
    Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand competitors' offerings, positioning, and pricing, informing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Risk Management :

    Identify potential risks to client growth and satisfaction, developing risk mitigation plans to safeguard client relationships and project success.

    Represent Gain Theory at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility and identify potential business opportunities.


    Reporting and Analysis :

    Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, providing regular updates to the GLC on client growth initiatives and outcomes.

    Proven experience in a senior client growth or business development role within the marketing, data, technology, or consulting industry.

    Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of nurturing long-term client partnerships.
    Strong business acumen and ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth strategies.
    Analytical mindset with a focus on value delivery and performance tracking.
    Demonstrated success in driving client revenue growth and contract expansion.
    The role is based in London, with occasional travel to meet with clients and teams globally.
