    Optimus Search is partnering with a fast-growing Private Markets SaaS provider which is further expanding globally and is in search of a Client Onboarding & Success leader.

    The Opportunity:

    An exciting, senior leadership opportunity has opened up for a Head of Client Solutions to lead Implementation and Client Success teams in EMEA & APAC, in addition to continuing to build-out in existing territories and new markets including the US.

    Success in this role is:

    • Fostering strong client relationships with senior client executives (i.e. CFOs, COOs)
    • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of the platform
    • Ongoing client success and relationship management
    • Team management, development, and retention

    Ideal Experience:

    • Client and/or Operations Management experience within PE Fund Admin/Services or a PE Technology Vendor
    • Ideally possesses Fund Accounting experience / knowledge
    • Strong leadership/team management capabilities, ideally across several geographies
    • Excellent client engagement skills
    • An entrepreneurial mindset
