    Description
    We're now looking for a motivated & experienced Account Handler (Commercial), to join us here at the Jensten Group.

    We arrange insurance either directly with policyholders or via other insurance brokers who come to us because of our range of products and excellent service levels.

    Reporting to the manager, the main purpose of the role is to retain & renew the clients from the book of business, do any MTA's as required, and help with any other queries our clients may have.

    The role is based from our Cheadle office, and we offer hybrid working options once settled into the role.

    Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure renewal and/or new business.

    To assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions.

    To understand client's business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance.
    To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. As one of our Account Handlers, you'll have excellent communication and written skills with a keen eye for detail.

    You will be the type of person who wants to constantly develop, and you can expect fantastic career progression, training & development within the role and Insurance Industry in general.

    Insurance background- especially in Property (essential), Commercial (ideal)
    Excellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily
    Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
