    Description

    Our payroll team work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Operational Risk and the business, as well as external payroll vendors to ensure smooth running of the payroll process.

    Using your first-class interpersonal, analytical and research skills, you will be regularly problem solving, resolving employee queries, identify and/or deliver on opportunities to improve our processes and reduce Macquarie's risk profile.

    Experience in EMEA
    A good understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll procedures
    Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
    One wellbeing leave day per year and minimum 25 days of annual leave.
