    We have a fantastic opportunity here at Huboo for a Learning and Development Manager, based at one of our Bristol sites – We are a technology led fulfilment company focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment,

    The Role – Key responsibilities

    • Create and deliver exceptional., engaging and inspiring development content for first line and middle manager populations.
    • Embed leadership learning within the management population with hands on, real time structured coaching sessions in their place of work.
    • Be the first point of contact for employee queries regarding Apprenticeship Levy courses – liaising with suppliers for the 'best fit' and supporting the learning journey.
    • Work closely with your key stakeholders across the business and build trusted relationships – gather their feedback.
    • Identify training needs and lead on creating and delivering bespoke learning solutions.
    • Review training, evaluation success, reporting on and presenting findings using clear metrics.
    • Support across the Talent and Development function when required.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years' experience working in a business partnering or Learning &Development Manager capacity.
    • CIPD Level 5 qualification in Learning &Development
    • Ability to deliver exciting, and engaging content.
    • Experience in dealing with third party suppliers.
    • Driving license is preferable as travel to all sites UK is required.
