    Position - Senior Account Executive - Scotland

    Salary - £80k-£100k basic + uncapped OTE

    Location - Central Belt

    Are you a dynamic and experienced sales professional ready to make a significant impact in the Scottish market for this organisation?

    My client are a leading SaaS business, at the forefront of helping Local Government and Housing Associations modernise how they are engaging with end users, through data-driven SaaS solutions. They are seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to drive growth and enhance their market presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Territory Management: Take ownership of the relevant verticals in the Scottish market, building and nurturing relationships to drive sales within the territory.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing predominately on new business acquisition.
    • Product Expertise: Become an expert in their cutting-edge software solutions, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential clients.
    • Client Engagement: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique business challenges and offering tailored solutions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a SaaS environment
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity selling SaaS based solutions in to the Scottish Public Sector would be advantageous
    • Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
    • Sales Process: Used to working to a strong sales methodology such as MEDDPICC etc...
    • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Autonomous and Driven: Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong drive for results and success.
