    This role shall assist the Governance Function to support the management of Subsidiary entity Boards and Committees, facilitate internal and Group reporting, and provide ongoing governance advice to the business.

    The successful candidate shall report to the Executive Director, Governance. Prepare memo's, proposals and documents for Board/Committee review and consideration
    Management and maintenance of corporate records and documents
    Responsibility and oversight for subsidiary filing requirements with local Registrars and Regulators
    Co-ordinate and review periodic reporting to Head Office and internal reporting to Boards and Committees
    Collaborate with stakeholders within the business such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Planning on matters that relate to Subsidiary entities and Committees
    Provide comprehensive legal and administrativeassistance and guidance
    Advise on corporate governance matters and best practice as well as updates on any changes in regulations and legislation
    Provide ongoing training and development of staff
    Ad hoc projects as and when they arise
    Chartered Governance Institute Qualification (or equivalent)
    Demonstrable experience working in governance, with sector experience in Fund Administration or broader Financial Services
