- Develop andimplement CRM strategies and best practices to increase customerloyalty and retention such as loyalty programmes referral schemesfeedback surveys and personalisedoffers
- Were hiring aClient Experience Manager and you will work closely with them tomeasure and track our client experiences and service qualitylevels
- Manage and overseethe CRM system and ensure its optimal performance and functionalitysuch as data quality performance security integration automationand reporting
- Analysecustomer data and insights to identify opportunities forimprovement and growth such as customer segmentation behaviourpatterns preferences andneeds
- Optimise andautomate processes and ensure consistency across thebusiness
- Provide a go totraining guide and materials for the widerteam
- Monitor and report onthe effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide recommendationsfor enhancement such as key performance indicators metrics andfeedbackanalysis
- Collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of CRMobjectives and expectations such as sales marketing service financeand legal teams as well as vendors partners andconsultants
- Providetraining and support to CRM users and resolve any issues or queriessuch as user manuals workshops webinars FAQs andtroubleshooting
- You have 5 yearsexperience optimising and embedding CRMs (experience with Dynamicsis preferred).
- You are able to buildworkflows logic and tests within the CRM.
- Youareable to monitor data pipelines UX and customerjourneys.
- You are able to present to encourageand train people to use CRM.
- Youre passionateabout data and analytics.
- Youreresultsorientated and like to think outside thebox.
- Youre techsavvy and have experience withinthe Microsoft ecosystem.
