    Sales Manager | Full time| Hybrid| Remote| Newbury

    As Sales Manager for UKFM, the main purpose of the role is to achieve the overall UKFM budget objectives to support the wider EV Cargo group goals through effective client relationship development and commercial support.

    The role will suit a highly motivated individual who is prepared to work using their own initiative to identify commercial opportunities and have the ability to agree and build a growth plan.

    As our Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and prospecting new clients, nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and promoting our services to potential customers.

    You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
    Strong sales and negotiation skills
    Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry, highly desirable
    Experience in sales or business development or hungry and eager to learn
    Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a freight setting preferred, but not essential
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
