- Development of behaviour support strategies by analysing data and functional behaviour
- Assist managers in monitoring and reviewing progress against original objectives and producing evaluation reports encompassing both qualitative and quantitative data
- Develop specialist learning materials for PBS and delivering training in a manner which embeds ethical approaches and safe and effective use of physical intervention skills
- * Hold a relevant professional qualification at Level 4 minimum in either (Positive Behaviour Support, Health and Social Care, Teaching)
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience working with PBS, and people identified as presenting behaviours which challenge, pose risks or limitations to their quality of life
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work intuitively and sensitively with service users and staff, maintaining a high level of insight and positive relationship building

Aspire in the Community is a well-established provider of services for adults who have Learning Disability, Autism, behaviours of concern and Mental Health Needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Lead (PBS) to join our supportive and innovative organisation.
The PBS will support our 5 small services, based in South and West Yorkshire, to manage and co-ordinate their behaviour support approaches, assisting with planning, implementation and evaluation of behavioural interventions for our service users.
