    Passive Fire Contracts Manager, Immediately Required in London.
    50K - 65K DOE + Package
    Interviews taking place week commencing 15th April 2024

    Our client is a prominent Building Services and Maintenance contractor based in the heart of London. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality services, they are currently expanding their team and seeking a passionate individual to join as a Passive Fire Contracts Manager.

    As a Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and streamlining our clients Passive Fire department. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating closely with the Operations Manager based in their Birmingham Office, your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing contracts nationwide, ensuring compliance with UK passive Fire legislation.
    • Overseeing installation works and conducting thorough fire stop checks, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
    • Signing off on completed installation works, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
    • Playing a pivotal role in the growth of our Passive Fire sector, contributing to the expansion of our clients team and the advancement of the business.

    The Passive Fire Contracts Manager will have:

    • At least 5 years experience within a Project Manager or Contracts Manager role with a proven track record within the Passive Fire and Fire Protection.
    • NVQ in Passive Fire or IFE Level 2.
    • SMSTS / CSCS.
    • Certification in line with UK Passive Fire legislation is essential.
