    Are you experienced doing so in a B2B, Sales environment? As a Sales Team Manager you will lead, inspire and drive performance of a diverse sales team to achieve company goals and deliver an excellent customer experience.

    You will take responsibility for building and maintaining strong relationships with a large portfolio of established accounts as well as proactively generating new business.

    As a Sales Team Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
    Managing and supporting your team to deliver end-to-end sales processes and customer experience.
    Leading and coaching the team in various stages of the sales process.
    You will have the ability to provide clear performance expectations and goals.

    Creating a culture where behavioural and work rate expectations are understood and met by the team, whether working from home or at the office.

    Encouraging and motivating the team to achieve all project SLAs, KPIs and quality targets.
    Building trustful relationships and managing boundaries appropriately with direct reports, customers, and managers.
    To be a successful Sales Team Manager you must have:
    Strong relationship building skills, a willingness to attend occasional events outside working hours.
    B2B sales experience.
    A naturally inquisitive nature, resourcefulness and the ability to leverage the resources and network available to you.
