    Position: DACH Business Development Representative (BDR)

    Location: London (Hybrid working model)

    Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 base + OTE (Total package £50,000 pa)

    Join the team of an innovative SaaS company investing in expansion into the DACH market. With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, the team are seeking proactive and results-driven fluent-level German speaker to join as a Business Development Representative.

    Role Overview: As a German Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the German market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities in the German market.
    • Qualify leads through strategic research and targeted communication to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
    • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline and performance metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in German (native or bilingual proficiency) and proficient in English.
    • Full Right To Work in the UK as Visa Sponsorship is not an option at this time.
    • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve success.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
