    Our teams create high-quality work on quick timelines. The IT Operations team comprises Global Service Desk (you), Solutions Engineering, Corporate Engineering, Global Office Expansion, along with Infrastructure.

    GSD works closely with all of these teams, plus many others across Coinbase on various projects and is the main source of support for the company.

    Provide amazing day to day support across our hardware and software platforms, for incredibly seasoned to novice level users and everything in between.

    Learn, document, provide training, and support new applications and IT procedures, always keeping a keen eye on opportunities to refine and increase efficiency.

    Participate in IT Operations scrum teams to deliver projects that continually enhance and scale our service capabilities globally.

    Act as point of contact on technical matters for local product and operations teams, as well as all other stakeholders.

    Partner with IT Procurement to help coordinate with local vendors, and to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain processes.

    Technical experience and expertise on OS X, iOS, Chrome OS, and Android operating systems
    Agent level knowledge of Jira Service Desk, or similar ticketing system
    Networking knowledge and troubleshooting ability
    Administration experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian products, Okta, Jamf, and Slack
    Demonstrable troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis
    Experience providing support in a remote-first environment (preferably without remote access support software)
    Experience working in an agile focused project delivery environment.
