We are seeking a talented IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team and deliver top-notch technical assistance to our clientele.
The IT Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing IT-related issues.
Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone, email, or in person and provide timely technical assistance to end-users.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Document all incidents, problems, and solutions in the IT service management system to maintain accurate records.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Provide guidance and training to users on basic IT-related tasks and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
~3 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support in a professional environment.
~ Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
~ Strong understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN concepts.
~ Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or
Microsoft Certified:
