- Assist with the creation, review and formatting of project work plans and other governance documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is kept up to date (including project logs, risks and issues logs, progress reports).
- Support with resource management and budget tracking.
- Take and publish meeting minutes and actions in a timely fashion.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
- Maintain a client focused approach to all projects.
- Assist with the production of key reporting and metrics related to projects and activities.
- Provide overall support to the Project Managers, Programme Director and other stakeholders.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role supporting complex projects.
- Understanding of project delivery using the PRINCE2 project management methodology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to deliver high-quality outputs to pace and strict deadlines.
- Computer literacy - good knowledge of Project Management software and Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word .
- A good understanding of the education system in the UK.
- Experience of working within a PMO.

Reporting into the Programme Director, the Project Administrator will sit in the Project Management team of Pearson Assessment Services. The Project Administrator will provide support for the Project Managers in the delivery of a high level of service to our clients.
