    Description

    Sales Manager (Estate Agency) - Stratford, London

    An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent to join a leading Independent Estate Agency in Stratford, London, you will be at the forefront of the sales team, driving performance and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

    The Package
    Basic Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
    On Target Earnings: £50,000 to £60,000

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement and professional development.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales revenue and market penetration.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
    • Foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to optimize their performance.
    • Implement performance improvement initiatives as necessary.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. Act as a point of escalation for client queries and concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and property management, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive business objectives.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the real estate industry.
    • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving business results.
    • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
    • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
    • Relevant qualifications in sales, business, or real estate management are advantageous.

    Working Hours:

    • Weekdays: 9am - 6pm
    • Saturdays: 9am - 4pm (with a day off during the week)
