    BioTalent are working with a pioneering biotech startup in London The organisation is working on cutting-edge precision medicine and personalised therapeutics, currently operating in stealth mode status but poised to make ground-breaking changes in the healthcare arena.

    We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a VP of Data & Informatics who will be leading the company's informatics and data strategy, driving insights from complex datasets and coordinating a small team of Informaticians, Data Scientists and Computational Biologists.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Developing and executing informatics and data strategy.
    • Leading and mentoring the computational science unit.
    • Establishing robust data infrastructure.
    • Overseeing the design of bioinformatics pipelines.
    • Driving development of machine learning models.
    • Championing cross-functional collaborations.

    You will bring the following:

    • Advanced degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant leadership experience in biotech/pharma.
    • Expertise in bioinformatics and genomics.
    • Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
