    Program Manager, Systems Implementation | 12 Months | c.

    £400 - £500 per day (Outside IR35) | RemoteFor a large, global organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Program Manager, Systems Strengthening to support the Director of Finance and IT deliver multiple automation initiatives to enhance organisation-wide systems.

    The Program Manager will gather requirements, present a standardized approach, shortlist, and oversee vendor partnerships, ensure integration, facilitate UAT, training, and associated rollouts to ensure the initiatives are implemented within budget and timeframe.

    With 8 automations at various stages of implementation, the Program Manager will collaborate extensively with stakeholders globally, including UK and International travel days).


    Main Duties:
    project management of a number of different systems initiatives, all of which are at different stages of implementationtimely delivery of projects and performance within budget, identifying financial risks, taking actions for mitigation and management reportingto the Director of Finance and IT, and other Finance stakeholdersgathering and understanding of integration with other solutionsbid and vendor selection processes, terms of reference, deliverables, pricing and procurement, onboarding, and monitoring of vendorsand budget management for projectsand lead internal working groupstesting in sandbox environments to gain understanding before deploymentand roll-out comms of all new releases and upgrades and lead the development of online and off-line trainingto programme steering committeestrong relationships with all staff within the organisation

    Person Specification:
    experience of leading and delivering large-scale transformation and finance system projectsof implementation of large-scale complex IT transformation projects in the charity or government sectorof implementing an ERP systemexperience of organisational change methodologies and using diagnostic toolsexperience of delivering process efficiencies, and of influencing and achieving buy-in to actions at senior levelexperience from the global NGO sector
