- Manage the claims relationship on an assigned portfolio of multi-line, multinational accounts aligned to the Client Engagement distribution team.
- Be an active team member in the acquisition of new business and to support the Client Directors with the servicing needs of AIG's most strategic clients with regards to claims handling requirements.
- Help to ensure that AIG are seen as the most valued insurer in the major client space.
- Deliver claims capabilities and services to all assigned clients to assist in the retention of existing business.
- Work with client directors on new and cross sell opportunities to designated clients and development clients and coordinate the claims process.
- Broad claims experience with focus in the multinational risk managed space would be desirable.
- Good relationship and stakeholder management attributes.
- Good decision making and mediation skills and the ability to compromise in the right way.
- Presentation and communication skills to promote the claims service to multiple audiences.
