    Job Title:

    Partnership Manager Term:
    Part Time - 2 to 3 Days per week.

    Hours:
    Part Time – 9:30 to 17:00 (Flexibility)
    We're looking for someone who's experienced in running and overseeing youth programs and excels in forming effective partnerships.

    While we have specific criteria in mind, we're open to applicants who may excel in some areas more than others.

    Your focus will be on delivering impactful programs to young people in the East Midlands. Your responsibilities will include quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and a strong commitment to driving social change.

    This role is remote but preferably located in the East Midlands or London. Regular travel to exhibition sites in Nottingham, Barking, and Islington is required, along with occasional national travel.


    Salary and Contract:
    £20), with a fixed-term contract of 1 year, extendable to 2 years subject to funding.

    Part-time, 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE), with some evening and weekend work. Occasional work outside these hours will be compensated with time off.

    Assist in delivering our anti-knife crime program for young people in Nottingham and ensure smooth operation of workshops.

    • Maintain consistent program delivery across exhibition sites and provide training to freelance facilitators and actors.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and promote the work of the Charity through public speaking and outreach efforts.
    Previous experience in youth work and project management.

    • Experience in adult training and collaborative working.
    • Strong relationship management, networking, and influencing skills.
    • Knowledge of issues like knife crime and youth violence.
    • Familiarity with the youth and community sector.
    Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with qualifications in youth work or teaching considered advantageous.
